摘要：本文對我國氧化鋁工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的基本特點，鋁土礦資源以及生產(chǎn)工藝能耗狀況進行了分析，指出了由于我國氧化鋁工業(yè)資源和生產(chǎn)工藝的特點，造成能耗高，生產(chǎn)成本高，控制困難，而且隨著鋁土礦資源的貧化和能源價格上升，將嚴重影響我國氧化鋁工業(yè)的競爭力。從資源、生產(chǎn)成本、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、環(huán)境保護和科技研發(fā)五個方面討論了我國氧化鋁工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展面臨的重大問題，提出了努力實施我國氧化鋁工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。

Realize the ways and means on sustainable development of china’s alumina industry

Abstract: The thesis analyzes the basic character of alumina industry, bauxite and energy consumption of production process. It was pointed out that the features of bauxite and poduction process in our country lead to the high energy consumption, high cost of production and hard to control. What is worse, the bauxite decreases radually, which will have negative effects on the alumina industry. The thesis discusses the fatal problems of sustainable development in alumina industry from resource, production cost, the quality of product, the environment protection and research of science, and emphasizes it’s time to try our best to carry out the sustainable development strategy of alumina industry in our country.

一、前言
鋁是世界上用量第二大常用金屬，其產(chǎn)量和消費量僅次于鋼鐵，其制品廣泛用于交通運輸業(yè)、包裝行業(yè)、建筑業(yè)、電氣行業(yè)、制造業(yè)、航空航天和軍工等領(lǐng)域，是國民經(jīng)濟中具有戰(zhàn)略地位的金屬原材料。由于金屬鋁具有優(yōu)越的可持續(xù)性能，在新世紀未來２０年，鋁工業(yè)符合全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主流理念，在材料領(lǐng)域?qū)⒕又鲗У匚唬瑸槠渌泄I(yè)尋求優(yōu)新產(chǎn)品而需要的基礎(chǔ)材料提供可持續(xù)性的解決方案，以滿足多元化社會對多樣化，多功能產(chǎn)品的期望．鋁在材料市場仍然保持競爭優(yōu)勢，鋁的應(yīng)用呈現(xiàn)出更廣闊的發(fā)展空間．氧化鋁仍是生產(chǎn)原鋁的唯一主要原料，每生產(chǎn)1t原鋁需要消耗近2t氧化鋁。各種來源于氧化鋁生產(chǎn)流程的經(jīng)深加工而具有各種特殊性能的含氫氧化鋁或氧化鋁的化學制品(即多品種氧化鋁)，也廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、耐火材料、陶瓷、造紙、制造和電子等行業(yè)，并在高科技領(lǐng)域得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。因此，氧化鋁工業(yè)在中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中具有十分重要的地位,屬于重點發(fā)展的工業(yè)。
隨著我國鋁工業(yè)的發(fā)展和電解鋁產(chǎn)量的增加，我國氧化鋁產(chǎn)量多年來處于供不應(yīng)求的局面，進口氧化鋁量逐年增加，因此，近年來我國氧化鋁工業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛。僅中國鋁業(yè)公司所屬的六大氧化鋁廠，幾乎每年增產(chǎn)80萬噸的產(chǎn)量，另外，還有多個100萬噸左右規(guī)模的氧化鋁廠相續(xù)投產(chǎn)或正在建設(shè)之中。
